Either nomail and read the archives <http://gerry.vanagon.com/archives/vanagon.html> or digest and get one or two compiled messages/day.

Either way, send an email to 

listserv@gerry.vanagon.com

Subject is ignored.

In the body of the message, enter either

set vanagon nomail

or 

set vanagon digest

As you wish.
