You could re-flow the joints if you have bionic eyes.

Failure to follow logical trouble shooting procedures.  It was the idle
control module all along.  Just didn't want to pay $200 + $100 core to find
out, but I was able to find a used one for $75.

At least I've checked everything else out now!
