Sometimes the classic solution is the best. ROK Straps: http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/B002L8RPDE/sbw/ They're quick to install on the tie-downs, simple to use, and easily adjusted. Less fiddly than nets and bungees. I love 'em.
