Hey Vincent, You're about $50k off on the Go Westy vans... :-) Cheers, Jeff -----Original Message----- From: Vanagon Mailing List [mailto:vanagon@gerry.vanagon.com] On Behalf Of Vincent Dow Sent: Wednesday, October 22, 2014 12:56 PM To: vanagon@GERRY.VANAGON.COM Subject: Re: Any vans for sale. I didn't want to turn the post into an epic novel. I could mention more items in the resto, but it would get long. But I'll add that the seats are all impeccable - no springs sticking in your back. Carpet, camping stuff, tent, beds... *like new* After nursing my own vanagon back to health at great cost - if I had it to do over I would take out a loan and buy one of these TDIs... Just that California smog exemption is worth $100/year. I didn't crawl underneath because it was raining. I'm quite confident that Herr Falkenberg would not sell the vans with dried out bushings and boots. From what I've seen, a reconditioned/restored/renovated westfalia at GoWesty is in the ballpark of $25,000. To each his own road.
