It's probably too faded, but if you can find a protected spot (under the license plate maybe) a professional auto body store can computer match it (you may have to take it off the van).  Personally, I like it painted satin black, and this paint is a good option: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000EM019O/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 .
