I remember someone on Samba or here making a rear cover like that for a
Westy. It attaches between the rear hatch and back of the seat and is long
enough to open up the hatch while attached.
Pretty good looking and clean installation. I am sure with a little
GoogleFu it could be found, can't find the right keywords in a quick search
though.
