Hi Eric I removed the vent cover at the bottom of the seat and sprayed Greased Lighting a multi-purpose cleaner and degreaser. I pretty much soaked it and ran the blower on high speed. This removed all the coolant smell but be ready with some paper towels to clean up all the bubbles. I don't think you need to over tighten the cover with the o-ring when you reassemble it
