That's the Puch emblem, they (Steyr-Daimler-Puch) are the manufacturer of the Syncro 4wd system. Abel's photo also shows it on the door of Kevin's Double Slider Syncro, where its sporting its actual colors. The photo also shows the Steyr emblem.

What I never have seen is a snow plow set up on a T3. How difficult is this?
