You definitely do not want a lift with an overhead if you have a van and are
over 5' tall...

I don't see prices for the Rotary brand lifts.  Here is what I have been
looking at, and have designed one bay of my garage around a future
installation of the overhead 9KOH.  These are available locally, too I
believe.
