Thanks! This question results from my just having installed the
starter relay. While I was awaiting answers from the list cognoscenti,
I hooked my battery back up and tried starting the van. To my delight,
it started up immediately, which it hasn't done in months, but it did
exhibit the symptom related to having a refrigerator relay. Next step,
find that relay and install the fix for it.

You all haven't let me down yet, and that's why I continue to hang out here.
