The GW CARB approved cat is actually a Magnaflow cat. FWIW... I have seen a 50% failure rate on those cats over the last few years. They seem to fall apart inside. The good news is that they have a 5 years warranty. This Cat is large (and expensive). Their muffler is a baffled straight through and it is well made. The price is fair and it is what I now install for replacements. Has anyone pieced together a K&N Filter system. Just wondering. -- Mm
