The throttle switch isn’t keeping it from firing. Since the switch is closed, (on), with the throttle fully closed or open why would you think that an open throttle, (foot on gas), would keep the engine from firing up? If you think the rain had anything to do with it not starting look for moisture under the distributor cap or bad ignition wires. After 5 days of torrential rain, I went to start my 2.1L WBX and it was no go. Turned but wouldn't fire - not even a little bit, not even once. I broke out my trusty ECU monitor, hooked it up, and there it was. The thottle switch light failed to lite up, signifying I had a throttle switch problem. I had a look at it and realized I didn't rember anything about how to fix it or adjust it, even though several years ago I went through it with TJ Hannick. Anyone with suggestions at this point? I'm not impressed with the drawings in the Bentley. Gotta be something better. Thanks, John
