Thank you all.  It was great to read through all the ideas and I must say, I
was real close to do it the way all of you are mentioning.  Except I did not
warm up the rubber.  Yet.
I will try an other attempt with a warm rubber and use silicone spray.  The
car is already painted new.
So, thanks again to all the great advice.
