Gentlemen, I can see how a loose spark plug would make you lose confidence
in the installer.

But have you not forgotten to tighten something once?
Would you agree with someone calling you incompetent due to one mistake?

Give the guy a chance.  If you find another occurrence, then gather the
torches and pitchforks.
