Mark,

I'm planning on spending 9 mos to a year in France. Can you give me an idea on what it cost to ship your van (I also have an 87 Westy), did you have to post a bond to ensure you took the van back home, what about insurance?

Thanks in advance.

Then back out to the Brittany Coast, even better. Now down in the Bordeaux region, almost to Spain. All of the dozen or so campgrounds in both countries have been pretty nice. I had no idea that France had so much beautiful coast. It is pretty and often amazing.

We are surrounded by various VW vans, some set up as campers and others just passenger vans pressed into similar service. Most have German plates, some French. The Brits are here too but favor larger camping vehicles.
