I have never ran into this before on a young-en, but how about an "Ice
cube"? Works for gum. If not, I have used wax & tar remover on cars before.
I'm not at my shop to read the cautions label, but I'll bet it’s the
standard stuff, keep out of eyes, off skin, wash and flush well, etc. I did
use it to remove gum from a dogs hair once with no ill effects, did wash
with soap & water after.
