Anyone can make waffles, it’s a guaranteed money maker! But, you’d need to add an espresso machine. You would also need your food handler’s permit from the health dept, and permits from the local jurisdictions to open a food truck.  And, run a tight ship for those inevitable health department inspections.

 

Someone should buy it, maybe Ben? He goes to a lot of events! ;-0
