It's that time again. Has anyone dealt with USAA? Got any other recommends? I need a tow policy as well. What I've seen so far sucks! What good is a tow if they don't tow you where you NEED to go, versus where they want to take you. At some shops I wouldn't let them touch my van. They don't know what they are doing and they aren't to learn on my dime! John John
