Well, yes, there is a mileage limit.  For the basic membership, the limit is pretty low.  I have AAA Premier, and I get two 200 mile tows a year.  Beyond the first two, I am not sure, the limit does drop.  Actually, I have only used one AAA tow since I've been a member, but that was over 100 miles, to the spot I specified.  mcneely
