so i got in a syncro westy yesterday..  and noticed something odd  about
the wiper stalk switch on the steering column. it was about a quarter of  its
original size..lol    i was like what???
someone shortened it!!   they pried off the end cap..and cut down  the
stalk... and then epoxied the end cap back on...  it was so good of a  job it
looked factory..

im thinking why would someone do this....  and then...im like how many
times have you gone to shift gears...and your knuckles hit the wiper stalk
switch and turned the wipers on by accident??
that's why they did it!!

cool mod..and easy to do..   ill be adding that to the list of  mods i do
to my vans..
