I'm not looking for that exactly. I removed the stock outlet and breaker and replaced with a panel that covers both holes. So I'm planning on buying some panel mount USB outlets and probably also same form voltmeter to go there.

The Chinese gizmo sites dealextreme and banggood both have what I'm looking for. They also have ac outlets with USB plugs but I think all the ones I have seen are 220v outlets.
