yes...vw called it the "weekender "option but then you have people getting
confused about those '85-'87 westy weekenders (non-GL campers)     but your
right.. the fold down sofabed rear seat with cushion over engine and
folding middle seat in the 7 passenger GL vans was called the "weekedner option"
by vw. .
