I replaced my coolant reservoir with a rocky mountain westy tank. I parked the van on my driveway such that the radiator was down low and the engine was uphill/on the high side. http://texasvanagons.com/rmw-stainless-steel-coolant-tank/ Unclamped the hoses, drain the tank into a bucket slowly while keeping the unclamped hoses pointed upward and filled with as much coolant as possible. DO NOT point them downward to drain the hoses out if possible. Keeping the unclamped hoses pointed upward helps keep air from entering the system. Put the tank in, clamp the hoses to the new tank and then slowly fill the tank with new coolant/distilled water mix. since you kept fluid in the hoses there should be no need to bleed the system .bleeding the air out of the tank will occur as you fill it with coolant. easy job. it worked for me...
