For those of you who know about this PBS series (shown here Sundays at 7PM and repeated during the week) the most recent episodes feature traveler Zay driving the length of Argentina on Ruta 40. Part one of this two-part show has him in a nifty 4-door VW Amarok pickup during his drive down the northern half of the highway.  I did not notice at first, assuming it to be the usual Japanese vehicle, but my bride pointed out the VW badge during a closeup.  They never discuss their conveyances unless it's a camel or the like, so no details but it was good to see the brand represented.  Interestingly, part 2 had him in a Toyota diesel 4-door pickup for the remainder of the drive.
