Sailun makes a snow tire in the 185R14C size, the WST1, found here: http://www.sailuntires.ca/PLT/WST1.html

Scroll down to the bottom of the list to find it. (It's not with the other 14" tires, but down with the extra load tires.)

I
came across this while looking for new summer tires for the Van. I
don't run mine in winter (too much NaCl salt on Ontario's roads) but it
is apparently a good tires - other Vanagon owners here use them.

Having moved to Spokane, I really expected not to be driving the camper much in winter, but now that looks to have changed, at least for a while. We've had a little snow so far, and no problem, but more (and deeper) will surely come.
