I had a go at it a few years ago. I tried heat gun, sanding, scraping. Those methods didn't work that well but then I tried some paint stripper. The citrus strip type of stripper. That worked very well. To replace the flock I used some cheap grey Canadian tire sourced carpet. Spray adhesive to glue on. It's held up well, still tight. Some pics of the liner here https://shufti.wordpress.com/2013/07/01/vanagon-pop-top-canvas-swap/ Alistair > On Jan 10, 2016, at 12:52 PM, Neil2 <vidublu@GMAIL.COM> wrote: > > I plan to use a vacuum to remove the flocking on my pop top ceiling.
