This is actually Quite Incorrect ~ The "Normal" ColorTemp' of SunLight @ Earth SeaLevel
Is considered to be 5780K ~ All WhiteLight between about 4400K & 12000K is referred to as
"Bluish White" ~
Atmospheric Conditions & Time of Day or Night or Whatever LightingConditions You Happen to
be Viewing Your Surroundings under have a Huge influence on what Your Eyes are Accustomed
to Seeing as Our Eyes & Brains, in Concert, are Constantly Adjusting to make the Ambient Light
that We are Immersed in, @ any given time, Seem Normal ~ If You are Driving on a road that is
Illuminated solely by Your HeadLights then it is Your Headlights ColorTemp' that Your Eyes&Brain
Adjust to ~ So if Your HeadLights are OldYellers, down around 2K, & You happen upon a vehicle
that has Sylvania SilverStarUltras (ie Me) which sport a Temp' of 4100K, Your Eye/BrainCombo
will VeryLikely See My Lights as Being Extremely BlueWhite while If I am riding behind My SSSUs
& encounter an oncoming set of SSSUs I will Perceive Them to be a Fairly Normal White ~
