You, ALL of you, are making this way too complicated. Just order a rebuilt one from AAA Transaxle, all up to date parts, GREAT work and GREAT guarantee. It will come within a week in a BOX that YOU use to ship back your core. I do this ALL the time and I’m in Almonte (Ottawa) Ontario, Canada. Way further plus boarder restricted than you are in Alibama ! I saw this one coming way back when John first reported the tranny problem. 3~4 slider gear hub broken. Common as chicken ! EVEN though he said it was rebuilt, by WHO ? Someone who used an old original 3~4 slider gear hub instead of the new updated, more robust one. Look at whats recently been made available for these trannys: <https://weddleindustries.com/transaxles/vw-transaxles <https://weddleindustries.com/transaxles/vw-transaxles>> and <https://weddleindustries.com/products <https://weddleindustries.com/products>>

Please note that I will be away from my business travelling from November 16 until April 30, 2016. Parts orders will be processed although not as quickly as usual. I will always be available for contact by E-mail. If you phone your call will be addressed by Steven and he will either call you back or advise you to contact me directly by E-mail.

Cheers,
