Dave, GoFundMe does charge a % for the service they provide. The other option is to make a PayPal donation which get's Jim 100% of the donation. Jim Thompson’s PayPal addy is: Jim96003@gmail.com If you don’t have PayPal you can send Maggie & I a check or money order (made out to me) and we will make the PayPal donation for you. Our snail mail addy is: Larry Chase 145 Viols Ave Ponca City, OK 74601 Thanks for the inquiry, > On Mar 10, 2016, at 10:33 AM, David Bjorkman <ddbjorkman@VERIZON.NET> wrote: > > Jim/Larry: > Does GoFundMe take a piece of the pie? If so, would it be better to just send JT a check? Although I have never met Jim, he is a member of this community, and I have used the roadhaus rescue/repair site to save me. > > Dave B. > > > On 03/10/16, Jim Arnott wrote: > > Oh yeah, here’s the link: > > <https://www.gofundme.com/jimthompson> > > or you drop a line to Larry at roadguy@roadhaus.com > > Jim > >> On Mar 9, 2016, at 7:55 PM, Jim Arnott <jr.arnott@gmail.com> wrote: >> >> Folks, >> >> Here's an update on Jim's situation. >> >> On March 4th, Jim was kicked to the curb by Anthem Blue Cross of Calif and sent home from the Rehab facility.
