Subject problem seemed to go away with warmer weather here in middle Georgia. However, last week the problem reappeared. This past Thursday afternoon, I drafted my Son (almost 18) to help me troubleshoot the problem. We started with the Bosch WR1 starter relay that I had installed in 1999 to solve the won't start when hot problem. I had mounted relay under rear seat on the raised portion of the floor. Found both the ground wire (yellow) was not mounted securely and the connector on the end of the blue wire (connects to red/black wire from ignition switch) was loose. Remounted ground wire and and replaced connector on end of blue wire. Overnight temperature was around 40F. Van started fine this morning. John
