to eliminate/diminish the whistling noise from the wing window I did this... - remove the wind window lock - cut a thin round gasket from a piece of Rescue tape and put in the outside on the lock bolt - you may find the a thin rubber or cord gasket at a hardware store... but quite hard to find the right size... and now.. tadaaa... the whistling noise is gone
