I'm hoping Jordan knows how to do this.

Anyone know how to reassemble the adjusting screw rod (with the plastic knob on end) back into the arm rest? I've unscrewed one right out, mucking around seeing if I can swap fabric.

Rod unscrews but leaves loose pieces inside. No way to re-insert properly. It looks like I have to cut away foam for access.
