Ahh … the magnanimous, reticent, but wondrously eccentric Kate.  I once thought I was to be lucky enough to see her in concert.  I was in London when word spread she was going to have a private concert at Hammersmith, but it was as quickly cancelled.  It was another 20-years before she held that gig.
