I should also add that the Hankook RA08 was designed two decades ago in Korea, when all Hankook engineering was done in that country. Hankook is now global and employs hundreds and hundreds of engineers.  If Qingdao Gloryred (a/k/a GoForm) did hire any prior Hankook employees as engineers, most likely they were from Hankook's Chinese subsidiary and not from 20 years ago in Korea, meaning they would have had nothing to do with the engineering of the RA08. Nowhere do they claim their tire uses "RA08 technology," just "Hankook technology," which can mean almost anything even if it were true.
