Fuel pump kill switch is the best method. However, use a keyed switch or combo switch. A toggle once found is game over. Also, a battery kill switch could be a good addition in-case they figured one of the two out. However, the BEST theft protection is a well hidden GPS Tracker. That way you can hunt the fucker down and beat him with a tire iron/etc to the point you can drag the fuck into the Ozarks and dump the body or just leave them. These sorts of humans not even their mother will miss. Zero tolerance for thieves. > On Jun 5, 2016, at 10:47 AM, Michael Magnani <mfmagnani@SBCGLOBAL.NET> wrote: > > With the recent theft and ultimate recovery of the Syncro in the Pacific Northwest, an area we're taking our van next month, I need to install some kind of kill switch in my 1990 2.1 Wbx. How about interrupting the ground wire to the electric fuel pump? Or is there something better? > Thanks, > Mike M > > Sent from my iPhone
