All the items listed except one occurred before '91. The one exception is
the inside rear hatch release.  That is the only change that I have ever
found in the '91 vs. earlier models.  I have a vague recollection that
someone was able to point out at least one other feature on the '91 Westy
but can't remember what that might have been.  And IIRC the shortened
closet door started in '88.
