It just occurred to me a person might use the luggage tray tie downs to
secure a solar panel ABOVE the tray and still allow stowage of things below
it.  I sometimes store items atop but realize they are degrading in the
sunshine and the panel would mitigate.

Any ideas or experience have you on this issue?  Please/thanks!
