I'm not familiar with the wire tool. Can you share more info?

The switch seems to work in the sense that I hear at least one relay coming
on when I turn the ignition to the on position (regardless of whether the
pump is going on). I imagine this is a relay to tell the gas pump to come
on for a second, but I could be wrong.
