I didn't know Frank had these when I was doing my son's van, so Alistair graciously fabricated some tube brackets out of aluminum that I mounted to the front of the seat back. The OEM kit is a cleaner solution and easier to install than what I did, which required cutting out the foam and the steel wire that holds the clips that give the seats their sculpture. I do recommend removing the seat back to work on it, but that requires removing the seat assembly, which isn't that difficult. Well worth the time and expense for the safety of all the rear seat passengers. Stewart in our group has recently had the tubes and hardware fabricated, he posted his results.
