So I recently purchased the infamous '82 Diesel Westy and have gone through
two fuel filters in a week—sucking up the rust from the bottom of the tank.
I don't want to have to worry about keeping the tank full all the time to
avoid this issue.
I've decided to replace the tank and all associated fittings, hoses, et al
Has anyone done this already? And if so is there a parts list online at one
of the Vanagon parts sites that you know of?
Another quick question: On the '82 speedo: What is the max speed marking?
Looking to see if mine has the correct speedo installed.
