Have you considered having the vendor send you a new ignition switch by FedEx? You will have it in a couple of days. Pricey? Sure. But what is the cost of shorted out electronic components if you jump the wrong wires? Extend your stay in the campground a few days and drive home secure in the knowledge that there isn't another electrical gremlin lurking in your workarounds. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Raimund Feussner" <ray@V6BUS.DE> To: <vanagon@GERRY.VANAGON.COM> Sent: Sunday, November 13, 2016 11:02 AM Subject: Re: Broken down, need some advise > Ignition pigtail?
