Hi all. This is for a diesel oil pan on a VW gas ABA inline engine. I'm replacing the bolts. Does each bolt require a flat and "wavy" washer? The old bolts have 2 washers; 1 flat, 1 wavy. I assume they're the original fasteners. I may apply a little blue locktite to each new bolt.
