about flat tire... I found there are 2 places that you are most likely get a puncture - Building supply stores ie. Home Depot, Lowes, Ace etc etc.. customer drop nails, screws every where on the parking lot - Camping parking spot. Some campers use construction wood or pallets to make fire..
