thanks all for the help... the problem is solved... here's the finding

I check thoroughly for air leak but found none.. so I took the throttle
body out and give it a 2nd cleaning including removing the big screw.. then
I install a new gasket (on the plenum).. and voilà... the idle is back as
it should now...
