Most things I have purchased from GoWesty have been good quality and work well.  Recently I purchased their OEM Complete Pop-Top Seal Kit and I cannot recommend it for the following reasons.  The front portion of the seal, which sits on top of the luggage rack when the top is closed, is shorter than aftermarket versions and makes an incomplete seal.  I’ve tried numerous adjustments, which takes time, and while it comes close there is still a noticeable gap between the pop-top and the luggage rack.

To make matters worse, when I called GoWesty I got the run around and inconsistent answers to several questions, all of which left me thinking that they have had this problem before with other clients.  Normally their service is excellent, but the guy I dealt with got caught out several times providing inaccurate information.

I am allowed to return it, but now I’ve wasted money on shipping both directions. 

If you are replacing your seal, the aftermarket versions that come in two pieces work better.
