Subject:Re: Need advice on replacing Westy tank filler valve

Hi! I'm new to The List, but I will add that I think the hardest part is the gasket in the actual tank.
What has happened to the filler neck? I can't imagine something failing on it. Did it get hit with something?

Long story short, I am on the road in the DC area but had to check into a

What's the best place to look for one? What, if anything beside a wrench
and teflon tape, is involved in replacing it? Probably can't get to it on
this trip but even so I would like to go ahead and source a replacement.
Let me know if this is a common item at a camping store. I have never had
any trouble with it.

Thanks in advance,
