hi all, let's say my front heater blower motor works only on high speed and the switch is not defective, then it's the resistor inside the blower housing and I don't want to remove the dash to replace it.. so.. if I remove the switch connector and replace it with a DC 12V variable speed resistor like this one http://www.ebay.com/itm/12V-24V-Max-20A-PWM-DC-Motor-Stepless-Variable-Speed-Control-Controller-Switch-/111936836128 my question is .. will it work? thanks dan
