hi all, I have a friend who has this *"weird"* idea.. He lives in cold climate (Canada) with a 1998 tin top van. He doesn't need A/C so he removes the compressor but leaving the A/C condenser and blower in place. The front under dash heater blower is dead but he doesn't want to replace it (too much work) ...so he has this idea... He is thinking of running 2 hoses from the rear heater (under the bench) to the overhead A/C core.... the hot coolant will run thru the A/C core and the warm air will be pushed to the front the same way as for the A/C and then thru air duct.. personally I think it won't work because there's no pump to push the hot coolant up to the A/C core and worst than that he will compromise his cooling system and the engine will overheat... what do you think? thanks dan
