The propane system is very simple. Tank with valve, regulator (2 stage), and copper tube distribution system to the appliances. During storage the valve should be closed as appliance valves are not always leak free. If closed, and the tank emptied out you have a leak on the tank or the valve, filler, or bleed port. These tanks can and do fail. If open the next device to check is the regulator. This should be tested on some periodic basis. Most of us don't until we see a difference in flame operation or a diaphragm fails and we know we have a problem. Propane is not something to experiment with. If you need more help then you should bring it someone that knows RV propane systems.

Is there a westfalia propane document available anywhere.
I need to figure out if I lost all my propane during storage or why the stove no longer lights now the van is out of storage .
Is there a test procedure steps document somewhere.
many thanks for suggestions.
