Follow these instructions:  http://www.frankcondelli.com/fridge.htm <http://www.frankcondelli.com/fridge.htm>  Perhaps the cooling fins are no longer attached properly to the cooing tube.  Also, a good possibility the ammonia has started to crystallize.  That’s why they need to be inverted during the service procedure.
